Pamela Fraser Carpenter is a Caribbean artist. Her family name of Fraser is synonymous with Reggae as her heritage is Jamaican and Scottish.
Ms Fraser has resided in the Caribbean for over 20 years residing in the Virgin Islands. Her work has been shown throughout Europe, the US and Caribbean. Pamela and her family attend Sumfest
every year and look forward to this years line up!.
